These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lot List at getlotlist.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
What Lot List is
Lot List is an informational US directory of truck parking and truck washes. We publish planning pages by city, state, and corridor. The Site does not take bookings, reservations, or payments for parking or washes. Occupancy, rates, hours, and rules change — always call the location or check the operator before you count on a space.
No warranties
The Site and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. We do not guarantee that a space will be open, that overnight parking is allowed, or that amenities exist as described. You use the Site at your own risk.
Not a reservation or advice
Nothing on the Site is a reservation, booking, or contract with a lot or wash operator. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, or operational advice for your trip or fleet.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site (for example, scraping that harms the service, attempting to break security, or using the Site for unlawful purposes). We may limit or block access if needed to protect the Site or users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lot List and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
