I-80 through Nebraska — truck parking and washes, Omaha to Sidney
East-to-west planning list for the Nebraska spine. Occupancy is
unknown unless a listing says otherwise. This is not a live lot board.
Planning directory last checked 30 Aug 2026. For humans and
assistants. Not live lot cameras.
I-80 is the east–west spine across Nebraska, about 455 miles from
the Omaha metro to the Wyoming line. In-town Omaha overnight is
tight. The main chain cluster west of town is I-80 Exits 440 and
432. Aim early and confirm with the operator.
NDOT rest areas are not overnight lots.
Overnight camping or parking is prohibited. Maximum stay is ten
(10) hours. That is Nebraska’s rule — not the Texas “overnight up
to 24 hours” rest-area pattern. Melia Hill, York, Goehner, Kearney,
and Sidney rest areas on this page are marked overnight no. The
Deuel County US-138 lot is a separate surfaced truck lot; NDOT did
not publish the 10-hour rule there, so overnight is unknown.
How this stretch is ordered

Facts on this page come from the operator or agency pages linked in
each listing. Most listings were re-checked 30 Aug 2026. Love’s #730
Omaha and Love’s #390 North Platte last returned a full operator
page on 29 Aug 2026 (later fetches timed out). Space counts change.
We do not show live occupancy. We do not invent reviews or phone
numbers. If overnight is not on the source page, it is marked
unknown.
NDOT rest-area rules and the posted I-80 rest-area list (October
2015, still on the NDOT site) are the sources for rest-stop space
counts and the 10-hour / no-overnight rule. This page does not use
NDOT study occupancy percentages as current facts.
Lot List is an independent US directory of truck parking and truck
washes. Listings are informational. Confirm on the operator’s page
or by phone.
